4) Quick Start (Focus, Parallax, Zero)

Eyepiece focus: Look at sky/plain wall and take quick glances while turning the diopter until the reticle snaps crisp/black.
Parallax (3–18× & 5–30×): Rotate side focus until the target is sharp and the reticle no longer “floats.”
Turret locks: On 3–18× and 5–30×, pull caps up to unlock, push down to lock.
Zero-Click-Stop (elevation): Remove cap → loosen ring set-screws → turn ring fully clockwise → snug screws → reinstall cap with “0” aligned.

6) Mounting, Power & Care

Rings: All Six Xe models require 30 mm rings. Use quality bases/rings and level the scope carefully.
Illumination: 11 positions with OFF detents between settings; CR2032 battery installs “+” up inside the dial cap.
Environmental: Waterproof/fogproof. Blow/brush grit before lens tissue; rinse heavy mud with water/lens fluid.
