3) Setup & Use

Step	What to do
Attach eyepiece	Align eyepiece mark with the red dot on bayonet; insert and turn clockwise until it clicks. Press release tab to remove.
Mount to tripod	Clamp directly to ARCA head or use a 1/4″-20 quick-release plate. Apply light forward pressure in the rail slot before tightening.
Set magnification	Start at lower power for widest FOV; turn the zoom ring left (counter-clockwise) to increase power, right to decrease.
Fine focus	After setting magnification, slowly turn the center focus ring until the subject is crisp. Re-touch focus as distance changes.
Set viewing angle	Loosen the collar thumbscrew, rotate the body to a comfortable angle (standing/seated/prone), then retighten.
Use sunshade	Slide the objective hood forward to reduce glare and protect from weather.

6) Care & Maintenance

• Fully waterproof & fogproof. Avoid disassembly; all assemblies are factory-lubricated.
• Before wiping, remove grit with a Lens Pen® or soft brush while gently blowing on the lens. For dried mud, rinse with clean water or lens fluid first.
• Keep lens caps on when not in use; reinstall the rubber M-LOK® covers if you remove accessories.
