Accessory Availability & Warranty
Some accessories are not regularly stocked, and accessories are not covered by our warranty. Prices vary for parts. If there is a charge we will provide you with a quote, and a email invoice to pay for the part/s. If we have the accessory you need in inventory, we’ll send it. If we don’t, we may direct you to compatible third-party options (e.g., lens caps, sunshades, throw levers, battery caps).

Universal / Works Across Many Models

• Turret caps (elevation & windage)
• Zero-stop rings/shims (model-specific)
• Turret set screws / cap screws
• Battery caps with O-rings
• Illumination knob caps
• Eyepiece lock rings & rubber eyecups
• Zoom ring throw fin/lever (model-specific)
• Objective & ocular flip caps (tethered or individual)
• Sunshades (only for models that support them)
• Replacement Torx/hex keys

What to Include in a Parts Request

• Product family & model
• Item number/SKU (if known)
• Serial number
• Part name (and where it sits on the product)
• Quantity
• Color/finish (if applicable)
• Photo of the area/part (strongly recommended)
• Shipping address & contact phone/email

Agent Notes (Internal)

• Many internal components (lenses, erector assemblies, nitrogen seals) aren’t sold as parts and require service.
• For sunshades: only offered for models that ship with or list them as accessories (some are no longer available); otherwise advise compatible third-party options per policy.
• Always verify battery type by model before quoting.
• Wrenches and tools are not available. These can be sourced from your local hardware store.
